UMI Sushi Express is a casual restaurant chain serving ready-to-serve Japanese cuisine. As the latest creation by The Famous Wok Group, UMI Sushi Express joins seven other subsidiaries including Famous Wok, Flaming Wok, Sizzling Wok, Famous Cajun Grill, Famous Sushi, and Umi of Japan.
Actuent's design challenge was to build UMI's website to mimic the look and feel of the physical store-front. Up to the challenge, Actuent's design utilized textues, colors, and images seen on and around the actual site.
